Consoles Win
So I have come to the conclusion that if I were to upgrade my computer so that I could play all the latest games it would come out to be more than if I were to buy a the next next-gen console. So why bother? I have an Xbox 360 and Gamefly and so far the majority of games I want to play have come out on Xbox 360 and PC so I’ll just rent the game for the 360 and know I can play it vs downloading it for PC just to find out my computer is too slow.
Bullshit? Thats what I was thinking. I enjoy using a mouse and keyboard to play my games. My computer was made the play Doom 3 at its best, so it isn’t the worst. But I have got to the point where I can’t play the next-gen games. I’m complaining but I think it is valid. I can play all the games that are run on the source engine, but above that level graphics settings have to be dropped, which makes everything look like it was made before 2005, so there is no point in playing the game anyways.]
I guess what I’m trying to say is, if you want to play the latest games and you think computers are the way to go, you are wrong. Get a console cheaper and they last longer before you need to upgrade to the next system.
